To report a lost or stolen business or personal ATM/Debit Card, please call 1-888-400-7228 from within the United States, or Toll-Free CC-800-1010-4000 outside of the United States, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
To report a lost or stolen GE Capital Platinum Consumer Credit Card, please call 1-866-855-1866 (Outside of the U.S. - Call Collect 513-770-3786), 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
To report a lost or stolen GE Capital ProductivitySM Business Credit Card, please call 1-866-243-7678 (Outside of the U.S. - Call Collect 801-517-5070) 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

I am planning to travel outside of the United States. Do I need to notify the Bank of the countries I will be visiting in order to use my ATM/Debit card there?

Yes. Traveling abroad increases the potential for ATM/Debit card fraud. Therefore, from time to time, the Bank may limit or restrict your ATM/Debit card privileges in some countries or with certain payees where ATM/Debit card fraud has been found to take place. It would be beneficial for you to contact customer service at 1-888-400-7228 or your branch office at least 72 hours prior to your trip to notify the bank of your travel dates and travel destinations.

May I purchase Series EE Bonds?

Yes, we will accept and process your application and payment for Series EE Bonds. If you are not a customer of Pacific Capital Bank, N.A., or any member bank of the Network of Preferred Community Banks, please present cash for payment. For inquiries on other types of Savings Bonds please contact Customer Service at 1-888-400-7228.
May I redeem Series EE Bonds?

Yes, we will redeem Series EE Bonds for customers and non-customers provided the Bond has been held for at least 12 months from date of purchase. The Owner must be the one presenting for cash and must present current and proper identification. If you have further questions, please contact Customer Service at 1-888-400-7228.
Why don't I see my deposit posted to my account?

There could be several reasons why a deposit hasn't posted yet. When and where you made a deposit can impact its posting. The best way for us to assist you would be for you to please contact Customer Service at 1-888-400-7228 and please have your receipt and account number available so we can better assist you.
If I made a deposit at the ATM, when will it be posted to my account?

If we receive a deposit at an ATM on a weekend, a holiday, or after 4:30 pm Monday through Friday it will be posted on the next business day.
What do I do if I see transactions and/or charges on my account that I do not recognize?

Can I redeposit a check that was returned even though it is not the original and just a copy?

This would depend on the reason for the returned item and how the copy presented will be re-deposited. We recommend taking it to the nearest banking location for an assessment.
