Fees

No monthly maintenance fee with $10,000 minimum daily balance. Otherwise, the monthly maintenance fee is $15.
Excess activity fee - a $15 fee per item will be assessed for transactions in excess of those allowed by law and the account will earn no interest for the remainder of that statement cycle.

* Federal Regulation D limits checks and telephone, online, overdraft, and pre-authorized transfers (including automatic and wire transfers) to six per statement period, with a maximum of three withdrawals by check, draft, debit card or similar instrument to a 3rd party.
